Celebrate Father’s Day June 16th

Father’s Day falls on the third Sunday of June, so for this years ‘Day of the Dad’ there is no better place to book your table than at the Dog & Partridge!

A quick history lesson: Fathers Day started way back in 1920 when a lady in America named Sonora Dodd wanted a way to celebrate her Father who raised her and her 5 brothers after her mother died during childbirth, the tradition has continued today, with the official flower being the rose, red to celebrate a father or grandfather still in your life, and white to celebrate the memory of one who has passed.

Not all Dad’s have the patience of a Saint, but you can still spoil them or the special man in your life with our delicious Father’s Day Menu, and enjoy a meal fit for a Dad.
The Dog & Partridge is child-friendly and dog-friendly, which means doggy dads get to be treated too!

“There should be a children’s song: ‘If you’re happy and you know it, keep it to yourself and let your dad sleep.”

Jim Gaffigan

“If Bohemian Rhapsody starts playing and the person you’re with doesn’t sing along and at least attempt the different voices, you really need to leave them alone. You just don’t need that sort of negativity in your life” 🙂

Best,
Tomasz and Grace
